목적에 도달하기 위한 수단일 뿐이라고 생각했습니다.
조직원들에게 아낌없이 투자하여 신뢰와 충성의 고리를 만들고,
직원의 가족에서부터, 수천만 명의 고객까지를
하나의 가족으로 만들어 나가는 것,
그것이 바로 기업의 궁극적 목적이라 생각했습니다.

CEO Mary Kay Ash stated that profits are important,
but they are only a means to reach the ultimate goal.
Her long-term corporate goal was to create lasting bonds
of trust and loyalty by investing generously
into her workforce- expanding these bonds
to the workers’ families and her millions of customers,
ultimately creating one big family.
