리더의 열정과 낙관주의가 일으키는 파문 효과는 실로 엄청나다. 냉소와 비관주의도 마찬가지다. 리더가 불평하고 비난하면 그의 동료들도 똑같이 행동한다. 나는 내게 ‘현실주의자’라는 냉정한 단어보다는 낙천주의자의 비현실적인 열망을 주라고 언제나 기도한다.
